By creating a profile and requesting reservations through Confirmed by Tutu, you agree to the following.
01 · Independent Service & Fees
Confirmed by Tutu is an independent reservation coordination service and is not affiliated with any restaurant. Service fees are separate from all restaurant dining charges.
02 · Payment & Commitment
Once you approve the quoted service fee and authorize us to proceed, payment is due within 2 hours of receiving confirmation that your reservation has been secured with the agreed details—even if you later cancel or change your plans. Service fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
03 · Arrival & Seating
Each restaurant’s arrival and seating policies apply. A 15-minute grace period is typical but not guaranteed.
04 · Cancellations
Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Longer restaurant cancellation windows still apply. Booking requests for parties of five or more require at least 48 hours’ advance notice.
05 · Restaurant Policies
Clients are responsible for any cancellation or no-show fees charged by the restaurant.
06 · Reservation Changes
Changes to the date, time, restaurant, or party size are subject to availability and may require an additional coordination fee.
07 · Missed Reservations
Clients who miss a reservation without notice may be restricted from future bookings.
Membership Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in a Confirmed by Tutu membership, you agree to the following.
- Monthly membership fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Unused reservations per month cannot be rolled over.
- Membership provides priority handling of requests and member rates on access fees; it does not guarantee availability at any venue.
- Membership benefits apply to reservation coordination services only and not to any restaurant charges or bills.
- Membership may be cancelled with 30 days' notice; benefits end at the close of the current billing period.
- All reservations made under membership remain subject to the standard Confirmed by Tutu Terms & Conditions.
- Membership benefits and pricing may be modified with reasonable notice.
